We strive to make sure that all of our customers are 100% satisfied with their order.

Before we forward your order to the carrier, we always ensure the quality and quantity of each product.

Due to the custom nature of our business, we do not issue refunds. Product exchanges will be processed for store credit or a replacement item in the case of a defective item or in the rare case that we sent you the incorrect item.  You will have 72hrs from delivery to initiate this process.
