We strongly suggest you add Route service to your order. It is available during checkout for a minimal fee.

SHIPPING:

Please note that "First class" shipping does not come with insurance in case your package is lost or damaged in transit. 

I Am Designs LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once it has been received by the shipping agent/delivery company.

Items are shipped within 10-14 business days from order and/or payment confirmation unless otherwise stated in product description.

***IF YOU SELECT LOCAL PICKUP/DELIVERY AND ARE NOT IN THE SERVICE AREA, YOU WILL BE INVOICED FOR SHIPPING AND ORDER WILL NOT BE PROCESSED UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED***

LOCAL PICK UP:

Our pickup hours are Wednesday's from 4pm - 6pm and Friday's 10am - 12pm. Please wait for your confirmation email/text message which will give you instructions for arranging pick up.

DELIVERY:

We offer local delivery in the Tulsa, OK area with a $20 minimum purchase and within 15 miles of 74120
